OPTIONAL PAYROLL SERVICES
  
Direct deposit:        $3.00 base fee, and .30 per item
  Check stuffing:        .15 per item
  Garnishments:        $1.00 per item
  Year-end W-2:        $1.50 per item
  Regular postage - no charge / overnight - based on actual cost
TIME & ATTENDANCE FEES
1 - 15 active employees
$2.00 per employee per month
16 - 50 active employees ( 1 clock )
$1.00 per employee per month
More than 50 active employees ( 1 clock )
$0.50 per employee per month
EXAMPLE:   Two locations with a clock at each location.  Location 1              
             has 15 employees and location 2 has 10 employees.
